AGENDA

1.            Welcome, Apologies and acceptance of Proxy letters

2.            Obituaries

3.            Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2023 AGM

4.            To receive and if thought fit, to adopt the President's report and to adopt the Annual Reports of the Standing Committees

5.            To consider and if thought fit, to adopt the Independent Auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements and to approve the auditor’s remuneration

6..          Ratify any new By-laws or amendments to the existing By-Laws.

                              - Amendments to By Law 5:  Subscriptions.

                              - Amendments to By Law 2:  Regional and District Authorities 

                              - Amendments to By law 7:  SA Sailing Regional By-Law.

7.             To consider and if thought fit adopt any motions submitted by members of which notice was given.

8.            To appoint Independent Auditors for the next financial year.

9.            Such general matters or motions that the general meeting, in meeting may resolve to allow.

Update: 11 July 2024 - Call for Nomination for SA Sailing Leadership Positions 

Dear Club Commodore/ Class Chairman

This is a call for nominations for the positions of President, Vice President and National Treasurer of SA Sailing as per items 11.22, 11.24 and 11.29 of the SA Sailing Constitution respectively

Nominations are to be submitted by midnight on the 11th August 2024 via 2024 SA Sailing Nomination form for leadership positions
