Time spent at this level will provide the ability to
- Sail to all angles of the wind
- provide the ability to handle a boat on your own in +-8knots of wind with limited assistance.
- Capsizing Training is given
- Teaches basic skills of working the controls of a boat
- Completes the knowledge of the Sailing Circle
