in this the 4th stage of the learn to Sail Program the participant will be able to
- Effecively sail to all angles of the wind.
- Has begun refining boat controls
- Can effectively go around a mark and sail a triangular course
- Understands and can do race starting
- Has basic understanding of the Sailing Rules of Racing.
