By entering this Regatta, the undersigned Owner/Skipper and crew agree to be bound by the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the SA Sailing prescriptions thereto, the Regatta Notice and Sailing Instructions issued for the event, accept full responsibility for the yacht and crew and hereby indemnify the Organisers, its Officials, Members, Employees, NSRI, Rescue Personnel, sponsors and any other person concerned with the running of the Regatta and facilities ashore, against any loss, damage, injury, or death, arising from any cause whatsoever. I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE RULES OF THE ORGANISER. I further declare that I have read, understood and comply with safety requirements and regulations (including certificates of fitness and competency where required) laid down for my class, by my class association, and SA Sailing.
