I suppose that we need to start by stating the obvious (with conviction – as one does,) to set some perspective. Essentially, South African Sailing is a national sports federation, as recognised by SASCOC and the Department of Sports Arts and Culture, with firm relationships with other national departments and statutory bodies as are intertwined in the interests of sailing in South Africa....
