Recreational Sailing – Bart’s Bash

Bart’s Bash is a global sailing race taking place at 100s of venues, with 1000s of sailors in 100s of different classes of boat around the world. Founded in 2014, the event was verified by Guinness World Records as ‘The Largest Sailing Race in the World’.
In a nutshell it’s all about getting out on the water and having some fun.
The global event was inspired by the late Olympic gold and silver medallist Andrew ‘Bart’ Simpson who passionately believed that everyone should have the chance to try sailing and enjoy the many benefits that it brings.. Read more.....
