Recreational Sailing in the Spotlight – Holiday 23s

While much of the focus is often on the competitive side of the sport, thousands of sailors around the country are purely in it for the enjoyment and having a whole lot of fun on the water – and off it. The perfect example is the Holiday 23 group on the Vaal.
