Congrats to Claire Richter

Congratulations to Claire Richter who has been accredited as Club Race Officer at Pretoria Sailing Club (PSC).
Claire completed the Club Race Officer Course, presented by Nigel Tevarthen, on 22 August 2021 and has now completed her prescribed practical period as Assistant Race Officer (ARO).
On Saturday, 19 March 2022, Claire assumed the position of Race Officer while Pat Mitchell took the position of Assistant Race Officer. Claire laid the start line, set the course to be sailed and completed her duties in accordance with the level of skills and understanding of race management required.
