Windsurfing continues to go from strength to strength. Many who hung up their wetsuits years ago are coming back to the sport. The advent of foiling windsurf boards has extended the conditions in which windsurfers can sail and we have already seen exciting competition in the new Olympic IQ Foil Class with racing in light wind conditions that would not have been possible a few years ago. Windsurfing equipment has become more accessible and even the old Windsurfer One Design Class has been revived with a modernised design and hundreds of competitors having attended the Windsurfer Class World Championships each year...
