Meet safety officer - David Elcock
David Elcock, a passionate sailor, grew up sailing in Mossel Bay with his parents and grandparents. The club was reasonably small at the time with only around 20 boats. At around the age of nine, Dave’s interest in boats accelerated. It did not take him long to build up the courage and he reached out to one of the members and asked to be taken out for a sail on an extra dinghy.
