Growing sailing is a collective effort.

This series gives the sailing community a chance to get together and share ideas around key topics.

In Retaining Sailors we covered the many ways in whih sailing can be better appealing to our long standing memebers and ways in which Sailing can be inticing to newer members.

Part 3 is about find the pathways that sail has to offer. Setting them and showing the way through the diversity that makes up the sport, both as a participant and for those looking at Career or Give back oppurtunites
